Yes, you are welcome to meet the building inspector on site near the end of the house inspection, i.e. about 45-60 minutes after the inspection appointment time as this gives us time to systematically inspect the structure and test items and systems on the property in accordance with AS4349.1. and or AS4349.3.

Your Building Inspector accepts credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard but, unfortunately, not AMEX or Diners Cards. Payment can also be made in cash on-site or by online bank transfer. An invoice will accompany your pre-inspection agreement. A receipt will be issued once your payment has been received or cleared into our bank account.

No, we do not reduce the price for cash payment. Our reports automatically generate a tax invoice and all of our payments are recorded in our financial system.

You need to get a Building Surveyor to issue a building permit and final occupancy certificate in conjunction with your local council. We can provide suggested names of Building Surveyors if required or speak with your local council.
