The use of thermal and moisture imaging camera where appropriate to complement the inspection process. The thermal and moisture imaging camera is particularly used for identifying salt damp, damp behind wet areas walls  and in sub floor areas.

In the event that the thermal image indicates an area of concern, it will appear in the body of the report together with a recommendation for further action if required.
