Thermal Imaging.

Can you afford not to have this added benefit? Not in our Opinion.  It is simply amazing how faults such as leaks, that would otherwise have gone undetected, visually, are readily observed thermally, even in new buildings and structures. By using Thermal Imaging we can often observe concealed building faults, water damage, termite damage, missing insulation and poor structural framing that would otherwise not be possible by normal human vision. Having used thermal imaging since 2008 constantly in buildings, Ray Robertson has developed a much broader knowledge of a buildings environment simply by the frequency of use and the experience gained by using the thermal technology for a long time.

Leading Building and Pest Inspections has upgraded in Feb 2015 to a new Fluke Ti 110, Thermal Imaging Camera. We are committed to keeping thermal equipment up to date.
